Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-TimeAs a BCBA, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supervising ABA-based treatment programs for individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. This role requires a balance of clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a passion for making meaningful differences in clients' lives.Responsibilities:Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plansSupervise and provide ongoing training to RBTs and other team membersMonitor client progress and adjust programs as neededCollaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teamsMaintain accurate documentation and data collectionTravel to San Antonio, TX every 8 weeks for direct client support, team meetings, and trainingQualifications:Active and current BCBA certificationMaster's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related fieldMinimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing BCBA (preferred)Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage a remote caseloadWillingness and ability to travel to San Antonio, TX every 8 weeksCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experienceTravel reimbursement and per diem for San Antonio visitsHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysContinuing education and professional development supportSupportive, collaborative work environment
