About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Acquisitions to take on a senior leadership role with a global focus. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and owning the global player acquisition strategy across all channels, with a particular emphasis on scaling qualified traffic and building a diversified mix of high-performing channels. This role demands a professional with a strong background in senior-level acquisition and growth, ideally within the iGaming sector, and a proven track record in scaling player acquisition to deliver measurable revenue growth. The Head of Acquisitions will also be tasked with identifying new traffic sources, platforms, geographies, and audiences, as well as managing acquisition economics and KPIs. Applicants for the Head of Acquisitions position at the company should have a strong knowledge of affiliate marketing and other performance-driven acquisition channels. An established network across affiliates, streamers, influencers, and other relevant traffic partners is essential. The role requires a candidate with a strong commercial and analytical mindset, capable of negotiating high-value commercial partnerships and optimizing partner performance. The ability to build and scale an acquisition engine, manage acquisition budgets, and ensure that growth translates into profitable revenue is also key. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and will be adept at implementing processes around compliance, monitoring, and fraud prevention.
