Director of Statistical Programming

Director of Statistical Programming is a full-time, salaried position responsible for leading statistical programming activities, overseeing external programming vendors, and developing standards for clinical development. Key Responsibilities Lead statistical programming activities across clinical programs, ensuring quality control of deliverables Oversee external service providers to ensure timely and high-quality programming outputs Develop and maintain standards and processes for Statistical Programming operations in compliance with regulatory requirements Required Qualifications BS/MS degree in life science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a relevant field 8+ years of statistics and programming experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries 5+ years of experience as a Lead Statistical Programmer across multiple therapeutic areas Proficiency in SAS, R, and R-Shiny, with expertise in complex graphing techniques Expert knowledge of data standards such as CDISC, SDTM, and ADaM, along with experience in regulatory submissions
