Responsibilities Active further development of controlling and reporting instruments together with the specialist departments (e.g. sales and production) Management of planning/budgeting and creation of target/actual comparisons Creating KPIs and analyses to ensure compliance with company goals Conducting cost calculations and analyses, including post‑calculation and project controlling Support for strategy development and implementation, and creation of medium‑term planning Qualifications Successfully completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering or a related field Proven multi‑year controlling expertise in manufacturing companies High IT affinity and confident use of MS Office 365 (especially Excel, SharePoint, Power BI) and ideally initial experience with the use of AI; experience with MS Dynamics is an advantage.
