Delivery Driver Helper

Job Overview Pay: $17 per hour. 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. Position: Truck Driver Helper – responsible for assisting in the delivery of material to customer job sites, building loads for deliveries, loading/unloading lumber and building supplies, maintaining a professional image, keeping the lumber yard clean, well‑organized and safe, and operating a forklift. Responsibilities Assist with delivering material to customer job sites. Build loads for delivery. Load and unload lumber and building supplies. Operate forklift. Keep lumber yard clean, well‑organized and safe. Qualifications Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Write simple correspondence; effectively present information to others one‑on‑one. Apply common sense understanding and carry out simple one or two‑step instructions; handle standardized situations with occasional or no variables.
