Job Summary A growing consumer packaged goods manufacturing organization is seeking a Human Resource Specialist for a direct hire opportunity. This HR Generalist and HR Coordinator role supports the HR Manager with a variety of day-to-day human resources functions in a professional office environment. Key Responsibilities Support the HR Manager with daily human resources operations, employee relations, documentation, and administrative HR needs. Assist with onboarding, employee records, HR communications, and coordination of workplace policies and procedures. Provide bilingual English and Spanish support for employees, including reading, writing, and verbal communication. Help maintain accurate HR files, personnel records, and compliance-related documentation. Coordinate with internal teams to support a professional, organized, and positive employee experience. Assist with additional HR projects and initiatives as needed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Compensation and Benefits Direct hire opportunity. Salary range is $75,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Potential salary flexibility may be considered for a strong candidate. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. 100% on-site position in Camarillo, CA. Professional office environment with a professional dress code. Required Qualifications and Skills Support HR Manager with generalist and coordinator-level HR responsibilities. Assist with employee communications, onboarding, documentation, and HR administration. Maintain employee records and support compliance-related HR processes. Provide bilingual English and Spanish support across HR functions. 3 to 5 years of human resources experience preferred. Bilingual English and Spanish required, including reading, writing, and speaking. Spanish language proficiency will be assessed during the interview process. Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree considered. Experience supporting HR functions in a professional office or manufacturing environment is helpful. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information professionally. Stable work history and interest in long-term career growth. Professional communication skills and ability to work effectively with employees and leadership. Preferred Qualifications HR Generalist or HR Coordinator experience in consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, production, or related environments. Strong understanding of employee relations, onboarding, HR documentation, and workplace compliance support.
