Contract | Travel | Days | 13 Weeks | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment to patients on an acute inpatient rehabilitation unit
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in alignment with rehabilitation goals
• Document patient progress and clinical notes using Epic EMR
• Float PRN to the acute inpatient unit as needed to support census demands
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license eligible for practice in Illinois
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced inpatient rehabilitation environment
• Proficiency or ability to quickly learn Epic EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior inpatient rehabilitation experience strongly preferred
• Experience floating to acute inpatient units
• Familiarity with Epic EMR in a hospital setting
