Growth Marketer

Help biopharma manufacturing and quality leaders find Katalyze, and turn their interest into first conversations with our team. Growth marketers at Katalyze reach the MSAT, quality and manufacturing leaders who decide whether to bring AI into their operation. You'll plan and run campaigns across email, LinkedIn, events and our website, write content that speaks to the problems these teams deal with every day, and measure which channels bring in real pipeline. This is a part-time role based in New York City, working closely with sales and events. You'll own experiments from idea to result and share what you learn so the next campaign starts from evidence. What you'll do Plan and run campaigns across email, LinkedIn, paid and the website Write content for MSAT, quality and manufacturing leaders: emails, posts, case studies and landing pages Promote our events and executive dinners and follow up with attendees Track which channels and messages turn into meetings and pipeline, and report results to the team Keep HubSpot lists, workflows and lead data clean and up to date What we look for 3+ years in growth, demand generation or product marketing, ideally at a B2B software company Clear, plain writing for a technical, senior audience Hands-on experience with a marketing automation tool such as HubSpot Comfort setting up experiments and reading the results Nice to have Experience marketing to life sciences, pharma or manufacturing buyers Katalyze is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bonfirevc
