Proven ability to execute process improvements, manage complex shipment logistics, and coordinate with sub-process suppliers to ensure 100% on-time delivery. Expert in performing root-cause analysis to mitigate delays and aligning cross-departmental operations with stringent customer requirements.**Job Description*** Works to achieve delivery assurance objectives.* Executes process improvements and works with delivery assurance systems.* Communicates with other departments with regard to meeting customer requirements.* Maintains timely delivery of all materials required for the production of assigned components.* Working closely with all areas of the company—including finance, engineering, quality, production, suppliers, and more—to identify and implement solutions that will help ensure the continuity of our production.* Coordinate shipments and other sub-process suppliers and technical assistance to ensure on-time delivery, and to identify root causes that impacts on-time delivery.**Required Qualifications*** Bachelors Degree* 3+ years experience in supply chain/ material management/ procurement**Preferred Qualifications*** Bilingual: Proficiency in English and Spanish* Communication: Strong skills for reporting to upper management* Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint* Systems: Experience with SAP and PowerBI**Pay Range**The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually.
