Full Stack Developer (Java & Angular)

job summary:
We are seeking an advanced Full Stack Developer to drive the development, maintenance, and architectural evolution of our high-impact Vantage ecosystem, which manages crucial workforce dispatch, safety, and issue management applications. In this role, you will provide technical leadership to a distributed team of engineers, ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-quality, full-stack systems that meet rigorous engineering standards. This position is 100% remote.

responsibilities:

• Lead web development using Angular/TypeScript and backend development using Java, utilizing internal libraries and frameworks.
• Design, develop, and enhance APIs to extend existing capabilities and support internal service frameworks (BOQ and POD).
• Work closely with partners to create detailed technical design documents and provide accurate assessments of task sizes and timelines.
• Triage bugs, assist in Test-Driven Development (TDD) creation, and perform software analysis to resolve backlog items and improve code quality.
• Drive engineering excellence by adopting best practices, writing clean, modular, self-sustaining code, and ensuring high test coverage.
• Oversee the creation of training materials and support customer onboarding to ensure smooth solution adoption.

qualifications:
8+ years of industry experience in Java Full Stack Development.

Strong proficiency in Angular, RxJS, and frontend web architectures.

Proven experience in backend service architecture and API design.

Must hold a Bachelor of Technology degree or equivalent.
