Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years general related to duties and responsibilities
• Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to use hand and power tools
• Knowledge of company processes and procedures
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time

Responsibilities

• Adapts charging speeds to match the high-volume, continuous demand of a wet-mix central plant.
• Operates heavy equipment with extreme spatial awareness of ground crew and trucks.
• Responsible for daily pre-shift inspections and basic maintenance of the loader.
• Critical to raw material integrity and prevents material cross-contamination.
• Minimizes loader fuel consumption through efficient cycle movements.
