RN/LPN Full-time Nightshift

Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical NurseRN/LPN is responsible for providing care to clients to include but not limited to, administering medication, taking vitals, assessing medical needs.Essential Duties:Assisting with the taking and recording of daily client vital signs and assessmentsAdministering medications and treatments as per provider protocolAssisting with client admissions and dischargesRecording client observations and reporting to the medical team as neededCompassionately interacting with the client population to encourage engagement in treatmentMaintain a safe and sanitary environmentAttending staff trainings and meetings as required by the employerCommunicating with the pharmacy as neededCompleting client nursing admissions not limited to: intake surveys, blood draws, TB testing, GeneSight swabbingFollows all policies and procedures with regard to client information protection, including alcohol-drug client confidentiality and HIPAAOther duties as assignedRequirements:Minimum Qualifications:Current unrestricted licensure in GA or TN (as required by facility).Able to read, analyze, and interpret policies and directions, and present information effectively, both orally and writtenAbility to work with both chemically dependent and individuals in psychiatric care in a non-judgmental, compassionate fashionDemonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships with other staff as well as with referral sourcesAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions from a wide variety of data and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.Experience working with people in recovery and/or in mental health treatment a plusBenefits Include:Medical, Dental, Vision, LifeEmployee Assistance Program401k MatchPaid-Time OffSick TimeHoliday Pay
