RN Quality & Performance Improvement Lead

RWJBarnabas Health in Somerville, NJ is seeking a Performance Improvement Coordinator to support hospital-wide improvement initiatives. You will coordinate development, implementation, and evaluation of the PI program, review performance data, and help departments translate findings into actionable improvements.
