Position Highlights:

• Start as soon as possible and continue through May 21, 2027, with a defined schedule and caseload.
• Provide ABA therapy to a single second-grade student in a comfortable, familiar school environment.
• Enjoy a predictable, part-time commitment: Wednesdays from 4:15 PM to 4:45 PM, totaling 12 sessions.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
• Proven success delivering ABA therapy in school or pediatric settings.
• Experience working one-on-one with elementary-aged students preferred.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative approach.
• Ability to tailor intervention strategies effectively for individual needs.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessment and planning for the identified student.
• Implement and monitor customized ABA therapy during each session.
• Track student progress and maintain accurate session documentation.
• Collaborate with school personnel and families as needed to support therapeutic goals.
• Maintain a professional, engaging, and compassionate approach throughout the assignment.
