Hospice Medical Director: Lead Care & Compliance
Gentiva
Gentiva seeks a Hospice Physician to ensure compassionate, goal-directed care for hospice patients, while overseeing regulatory compliance and quality improvement. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, lead clinical documentation, and participate in governance and education efforts across the organization.
