Impact you will make- Engineer mechanical components and assemblies using professional CAD tools.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align designs with performance, cost, and schedule goals.
- Run feasibility assessments and simulation-driven checks to validate concepts.
- Deliver complete design packages: models, drawings, specifications, and concise reports.
- Engage in peer design reviews, both presenting your work and constructively evaluating others.
- Unblock manufacturing with timely design support and root-cause investigations.
- Adopt emerging methods, materials, and standards to raise the bar on design quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
- Demonstrated mechanical design experience; exposure to production environments is a plus.
- Fluency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or comparable CAD software.
- Analytical strength coupled with practical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication across functions and levels.
- Knowledge of material behavior and manufacturing techniques.
- Skill in balancing several projects while meeting milestones.
