Registered Nurse (RN/LPN) - Medical/Surgical

Location: Pulaski, TN

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 19:00 - 07:30

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Medical/Surgical unit. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in an acute care setting, with a focus on meeting the needs of a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a medical/surgical unit.
• Administer medications and monitor patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to achieve optimal patient care.
• Participate in patient and family education.
• Monitor vital signs and assist with daily living activities.
• Handle call duties and float to other departments as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum 1-2 years of Med/Surg experience preferred.
• Active RN or LPN licensure in Tennessee.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS.
• Must be able to provide proof of Tennessee Abuse Registry clearance.
