Job Title RN Supervisor (Back Registered Nurse Supervisor - Endocrinology) Location 1860 Shawano Ave, 188, Green Bay, Wisconsin, United States Job Summary The RN Department Supervisor will assist the Department Director/Manager in the development, organization, and implementation of the department's day‑to‑day operations, reflecting a commitment to Prevea Clinic's mission, vision, and values. Responsibilities include staffing and personnel development, quality improvement, customer service, and department planning. The supervisor sets the standard for patient workup, follows provider protocols, and ensures the provision of optimal patient care on an ongoing basis. Responsibilities Perform full range of leadership responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, coaching, and developing employees. Manage performance and any performance issues; plan, assign, and direct work. Encourage innovation, teamwork, fiscal responsibility, high‑quality work, and a positive productive work environment. Management and problem‑solving of staffing gaps, scheduling, and performance concerns. Analyze and recommend changes in department processes, systems, and procedures to increase efficiencies. Act as liaison for providers, provide professional nursing care under supervision, assist in patient scheduling, triage, prepare and inspect patient charts, greet and room patients. Support clinic‑wide customer service initiatives and serve as a customer service role model; review customer satisfaction data and identify opportunities for change and improvement. Respond to customer complaints in a timely manner according to the Quality Resources Policy. Supervise purchasing of supplies and recommend equipment purchases required for daily operations within budgeted parameters. Plan and coordinate necessary services with staff and other departments to meet patient needs, including staff education. Education & Qualifications Graduation from an accredited and approved Nursing program. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Preferred: 2 years of experience in a supervisory role or related experience.
