About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Enterprise Finance and Accounting to serve as a key financial advisor to the CFO and the executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the organization's financial activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with US GAAP. This role involves overseeing all aspects of accounting operations, including cash management, planning, payables, receivables, payroll, and tax coordination. The VP will also be tasked with managing AR and AP cycles to optimize cash flow and leading the implementation of new accounting standards, technology, and processes. Applicants for the VP, Enterprise Finance and Accounting position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA or MBA preferred. A minimum of 15-20 years' of overall industry experience is required, with at least 5 years' in a related industry. The role demands a candidate with a strong background in finance leadership, particularly in leading teams across multiple financial disciplines. Key competencies include strong leadership, analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
