Home Health Nurse (Day and Night Shifts)

Home Health Nurse - Espanola, NM

We have a patient living in Espanola, NM needing skilled nursing homecare. We have multiple full-time, 12 hour day and night shifts available. Day shifts are from 7 am - 7 pm and Night shifts are from 7 pm - 7 am.

Compensation

• $42.00 - $52.00 an hour RN
• Sign on bonus starting at $2,500
• Plus a generous stipend
• Relocation assistance provided from Taos, NM OR Hotel accommodations provided
• Meals included
• Mileage reimbursement available

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Espanola, NM. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to individuals in their homes, ensuring they receive the necessary medical treatments, guidance, and support. You will work closely with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans that promote health, mobility, and overall wellness.

Education and Experience Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Licensure: Must hold a valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico.
• Previous nursing experience in home health, hospice, or community health preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home health setting.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
