Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Part Time | Day and Night Shifts | 12 Hour Shifts
Pay: $26-$30.50/hour
(based on shift differentials and attendance incentive: full time: $3/hour and part time: $1.50/hour)
* SIGN ON BONUS | Full Time: $6,000 | Part Time: $3,000 *

Per Diem/PRN | Pay: $26/hour
PRN Requirement: 3 Shifts per Month

Licensed Practical Nurses provide care for the residents in the Health Center and act as a charge nurse for the State Test Nurse Aides. Licensed Practical Nurse does everything within their scope of practice per the OBN under the supervision of a Registered Nurse Supervisor.

What will I do as an LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse with Genacross?

• Lead STNAs in delivering quality resident care
• Administer medications and treatments per orders
• Complete assessments, documentation, and charting
• Support residents with daily living and overall well-being
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and care team
• Manage orders, labs, admissions, and care transitions
• Ensure infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Respond to resident needs, concerns, and emergencies

LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements :

• Current Ohio LPN License
• 1-2 years of long-term care experience preferred
• Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn new systems
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) across all levels of care and leadership
