Medical Office Assistant

This is more than a front desk job; you'll be a key part of creating a positive patient experience from the very first phone call to the moment they walk out the door.

What You'll Be Doing

* Be the first smile patients hear and see on the phone and in person

* Schedule and reschedule appointments with accuracy and care

* Collect and update patient demographics, insurance, and important details

* Handle patient payments, post charges, and provide receipts

* Use computer systems confidently while keeping an eye on the details that matter

* Jump in where needed, every day can look a little different!

What We're Looking For

* High School Diploma or GED preferred

* A warm, professional communicator who enjoys helping others

* Comfortable with computers and learning new systems

* Organized, reliable, and great at juggling multiple tasks

* Calm, positive, and professional in a fast-paced environment
