Senior Brand Designer

Collaborating closely with the Creative Director and Marketing team, the full-time Senior Brand Designer will develop and evolve the visual brand expression across various channels, design high-performing creative for paid social and email campaigns, and ensure consistency across customer touchpoints in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Develop and evolve the brand's visual identity across packaging, digital, and marketing channels Create high-performing paid social creative and email marketing assets that support customer acquisition and retention Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work while maintaining brand consistency Required qualifications 8+ years of design experience, preferably with DTC, beauty, or consumer brands Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, packaging, digital marketing, and performance creative Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma Deep understanding of DTC creative strategy and design's role in customer conversion Experience managing multiple projects and preparing print-ready files
