Position Overview We are seeking an Electrical Foreman (Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000) to join our team. The Electrical Foreman is a hands-on leadership role, working alongside electricians to oversee and coordinate electrical installations. This position ensures project quality, enforces safety protocols, and optimizes workflow while effectively managing field teams. Key Responsibilities Supervises and works alongside crews to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment. Plans and coordinates daily work activities, assigning tasks and providing clear instructions. Ensures compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety guidelines. Interprets blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to guide accurate electrical installations. Collaborates with Project Managers and General Foremen to meet project deadlines and budgets. Monitors project progress, ensuring quality workmanship and addressing issues promptly. Mentors and develops electricians and apprentices to enhance technical skills and efficiency.
