The ideal candidate should be comfortable assessing vehicle components ranging from electronic systems to air conditioning units. Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing diesel trucks and commercial vehicles
• Performing preventative maintenance, inspections, and general repairs
• Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, brake, suspension, and drivability issues
• Working on medium-duty and heavy-duty trucks
• Completing repairs accurately and safely
• Communicating clearly with management regarding repair needs, parts, and timelines
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience working on diesel trucks (towing industry experience is a plus)
• Solid knowledge of diesel engines, brakes, suspension, electrical systems, etc.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Must have a valid driver's license (CDL preferred, but not required)
• Must provide your own tools
