Client Service Representative

VCA SouthPaws is looking to add articulate, compassionate, dedicated, career-minded professionals to our client service team. In our hospital, we are centered on client experience and exceptional patient care. We currently have a full-time opening for a Client Service Representative in our call center. The schedule for this position will be Monday through Friday 8am-4pm.

Our Client Service Representatives are dedicated to ensuring that clients and patients experience top-notch customer service and excellent patient care. In this rewarding position, you will be the cornerstone of an outstanding experience for our clients more than answering phones and checking in clients. It can be challenging at times, but having a good team supporting you makes all the difference.

Our starting salary is $20.00/hour, or higher depending on experience.
