Senior Vice President Client Services

We are working with an agency with roots in experiential design who have expanded their offerings to add digital, PR and strategy. Their clients range from consumer goods, hospitality, fashion, beauty to luxury. They are looking to bring on a full time Senior Vice President for Client Services for their luxury travel and hospitality accounts. Below are details of the role: Overview Seeking a commercially driven, globally connected Senior Vice President, Client Services to lead and expand its luxury travel and hospitality practice across EMEA and key international markets. This is not a traditional client services leadership role. We are looking for a recognized industry leader who combines deep luxury hospitality expertise, integrated communications excellence, and proven business development capabilities. The successful candidate will bring a strong reputation within the luxury travel ecosystem, an established network of senior industry relationships, and the ability to position the agency at the center of the world’s most influential hospitality, travel, lifestyle, and cultural conversations. The ideal candidate will have significant experience across both agency and in-house environments, with a track record of advising major luxury hotel brands, global flagship properties, destination portfolios, resorts, airlines, and travel experiences through integrated creative strategy, communications, PR, partnerships, experiential marketing, and brand storytelling. They are the kind of leader clients trust completely — someone who opens doors, commands rooms, and delivers. This is a full-time role based in our the NYC or Miami office depending on location. What you will do: Category Leadership & Industry Influence Establish and elevate BMF as a leading agency partner within the global luxury travel and hospitality sector. Serve as a visible industry voice and thought leader across luxury travel, hospitality, tourism, lifestyle, and cultural marketing. Identify and secure opportunities to insert BMF and its clients into major global hospitality, travel, luxury, and cultural moments. Leverage deep industry relationships to unlock strategic partnerships, speaking opportunities, and market visibility. Client Leadership & Strategic Counsel Act as senior strategic advisor to luxury hospitality clients and C-suite executive stakeholders. Guide integrated communications, PR, experiential, partnerships, and brand marketing strategies across international markets. Build trusted relationships with C-suite decision-makers and key industry influencers. Ensure the highest standards of strategic thinking, creative excellence, and executional quality across all client programs. Public Relations & Communications Leadership Serve as a senior communications advisor to luxury travel and hospitality clients, shaping reputation, positioning, and narrative strategy. Lead integrated earned media, executive visibility, thought leadership, influencer, and partnership programs that drive cultural relevance and business impact. Leverage an extensive network of media, industry, and influencer relationships to secure high-value visibility for clients and the agency. Partner across creative, experiential, digital, and strategy teams to deliver fully integrated communications programs across global markets. Business Development & Revenue Growth Drive significant new business acquisition across luxury travel, hospitality, tourism, airlines, destinations, and adjacent lifestyle sectors. Leverage an existing book of business and senior-level network to generate new revenue opportunities for the agency. Lead agency growth initiatives, strategic partnerships, and organic expansion efforts. Identify emerging industry trends and convert them into commercial opportunities for the agency and its clients. Own, lead, direct, and manage integrated account/project teams in effectively overseeing the execution of all vertical client initiatives from inception through completion, while also ensuring efficiency and profitability. Own significant milestone client presentations, showcasing functional experts to sell; sign off on final plans Ability to project manage and provide proactive communication with all internal key leadership stakeholders from start to completion of a client-service program Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing integrated teams across communications, experiential, partnerships, social, and marketing disciplines. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and commercial excellence. Partner with agency leadership to define long-term practice growth, talent strategy, and organizational structure. Own the full commercial rhythm of the practice — SOWs, change orders, LOIs, annual budgets, billing, financial forecasting, and resourcing decisions — ensuring healthy P&L at both the client and agency level. Determine staffing needs across the client services and extended teams, managing bandwidth proactively to protect delivery quality and team health. You must have: 15+ years of senior leadership experience within communications, PR, integrated marketing, or brand consultancy environments. Significant experience across both agency and in-house leadership roles — you have served the client and you have been the client. Deep expertise supporting luxury hotel groups, resorts, travel brands, airlines, destinations, and hospitality portfolios. Established reputation as a communications and PR industry leader within the luxury travel and hospitality sector. Demonstrated success generating substantial new business and growing client portfolios at scale. Extensive network of senior relationships across hospitality, travel, media, luxury lifestyle, and cultural industries. Proven ability to operate as both visionary strategist and hands‑on executor — comfortable in the boardroom and in the work. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing multimillion‑pound client portfolios and driving profitable growth. Exceptional executive presence, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Global mindset with experience leading international programs and cross‑market teams.
