Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with strong experience in data modeling, cloud data platforms, and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data models that support enterprise analytics and reporting.
This role will focus on extracting data from SAP BW / S4HANA / ECC, transforming it into modern data warehouse structures, and enabling reporting through Snowflake and Power BI dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

Extract and integrate data from SAP BW, S/4HANA, or ECC systems.
Design and build data pipelines using Python and SQL.
Load and manage data within the Snowflake cloud data platform.
Transform SAP BW-style data models into modern dimensional/star schema models.
Develop and optimize data models for analytics and reporting.
Enable reporting and visualization by integrating Power BI with Snowflake.
Build Sales dashboards and other business dashboards for analytics teams.
Work closely with business and analytics team to ensure accurate and scalable data solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in Data Modeling (Dimensional Modeling / Star Schema)
Hands-on experience with Snowflake
Experience with Power BI and/or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Prior experience working with SAP BW (Required)
Strong understanding of ETL / ELT processes and data integration
Experience working with Python and SQL for data pipelines

Knowledge of SAP BW concepts
