Travel Registered Nurse ER Job

Overview Registered Nurse – Emergency Room travel assignment in Gloversville, New York. This ER position starts 06/22/2026 for a 13-week assignment. Weekly pay ranges from $2,225 to $2,258, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift is night, with a schedule of 6:45pm–7:15am, every other weekend and holiday, in a hospital setting. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to emergency department patients, including rapid assessment and stabilization
• Monitor vital signs, interpret cardiac monitoring, administer medications, and initiate IV therapy as needed
• Lead and participate in emergency interventions, including trauma protocols and code responses
• Document in the electronic health record, communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure accurate handoffs
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and support staff to prioritize care and ensure patient safety
• Adhere to infection control, patient safety, and privacy regulations; advocate for patient and family needs

Requirements

• Active NY RN license
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications
• Minimum 3 years of Emergency Department RN experience
• Education: AAS degree in Nursing; BSN preferred
• Ability to work night shifts in a hospital ER environment
