Operations Manager

$100,000 - $140,000 per year + full benefits Client: Well-established commercial roofing and waterproofing contractor with a strong regional footprint and a reputation for quality, safety, and delivering large-scale projects to a high standard. A values-driven business investing in its people and processes as it continues to grow. Job Info: Lead all construction operations and own the profitable delivery of every roofing and waterproofing project. Manage and develop the department heads across the construction process, set the performance standards, and build the systems and quality controls that keep jobs on time, on budget, and to spec. Work closely with sales and estimating to tighten coordination, and partner with senior leadership on strategy, forecasting, and continuous improvement.
