Graphic Designer Sahamati is the RBI‑recognised Self‑Regulatory Organisation (SRO) for India’s Account Aggregator ecosystem, a cross‑sectoral industry alliance built to advance consent‑based financial data sharing. As a not‑for‑profit industry alliance, we work closely with regulated entities, technology providers, and ecosystem participants to promote secure and consent‑driven data sharing under the AA framework. Role Overview We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing communications and design team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong design portfolio who is passionate about visual storytelling, brand communication, and digital design. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual assets for our digital and print platforms, supporting content across social media, web, events, and internal branding. Key Responsibilities Design high‑quality graphics for digital platforms, including social media, newsletters, presentations, videos, and the Sahamati website Create marketing collaterals such as brochures, event branding, standees, merchandise (T‑shirts, mugs, etc.), and infographics Collaborate closely with the marketing, communications, and content teams to translate ideas into visual concepts Assist in developing brand templates and maintaining visual consistency across all outputs Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for campaigns and awareness initiatives Edit short motion graphics/video content as needed using basic animation tools Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Required Skills & Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in a graphic design or visual communication role Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus) or Figma Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work Understanding of layout principles, typography, colour theory, and branding Good communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail is a must Ability to interpret briefs and convert them into visually impactful designs Preferred Background Experience designing for fintech, tech startups, or digital public infrastructure‑related organizations Exposure to working with cross‑functional teams, including tech, content, and events Experience: 3–5 Years Location: Bengaluru Employment Type: Full‑Time #J-18808-Ljbffr
