The Community House Mental Health Agency is hiring a FHARPS Residential Case Manager to provide behavioral health services and support to individuals with severe mental illness in Seattle. This full-time position involves coordinating care, serving as a secondary case manager, and ensuring all residents receive appropriate treatment and care. Successful candidates will coordinate with external services, complete documentation, and facilitate activities.
