Dedicated Dollar Tree Driver – Joliet, IL, W2 Contract with ALL Benefits
$2,500 Sign-On Bonus | Home 3–4 Times Per Week | Earn $1,500–$1,700 Weekly

We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated Dollar Tree account based in Joliet, IL. This is a hands-on delivery position for drivers who are comfortable with physical work, variable schedules, and store deliveries across the Midwest, 3 Months of experience required, Clean MVR, No SAP, Able to pass Hair follicle test

Drivers are typically home every other day for a 10-hour break and can expect to be home 3–4 times per week.

Pay

• Average weekly pay: $1,500–$1,700
• Annual earning potential: $75,000–$100,000
• Top performers can earn $2,000+ per week
• $245 per unloaded trailer
• $70 per backhaul
• $25 per stop

Mileage Pay

• 0–11 months experience: $0.82 per mile
• 12–23 months experience: $0.83 per mile
• 24–35 months experience: $0.84 per mile
• 36+ months experience: $0.85 per mile

Job Details

• Dedicated Dollar Tree store deliveries
• 800–1,000 average miles per week
• Deliveries across IL, WI, IN, MI, IA, and KY
• 100% touch freight with driver unload
• Equipment includes International and Freightliner tractors
• Drivers must be available Sunday through Saturday
• Workdays vary based on delivery schedules and route availability
• Local drivers must park at the Markham Terminal or Dollar Tree Joliet DC. Trucks cannot be parked at home.

Training

• Two-day ride-along with an experienced Dollar Tree driver
• Training pay: $150 per day
• Safe unloading practices are covered during training

• First load: $250
• 30 days: $250
• 60 days: $250
• 90 days: $500
• 120 days: $250
• 150 days: $250
• 180 days: $750
