HOST Job Description The Host is the first person in the establishment who will interact with customers, making their initial impression crucial. This employee is expected to courteously greet every entering customer. Host answers the phone and manages table assignments to different areas and servers on duty. What We Expect From You We are seeking Hosts who enjoy serving customers with a strong sense of urgency and kindness. They should use language and body language to provide customers with a pleasant welcome. No customer in Puerto Vallarta should feel ignored.
