You will oversee bakery, deli, produce, and market departments, ensure product quality and food safety, and drive store sales and profitability. You will lead training, scheduling, and performance management, while maintaining a welcoming customer experience.
- p You will also supervise inventory controls, implement merchandising plans, and ensure compliance with company standards and safety guidelines. This role requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, and a commitment to operational excellence.
