What Were Looking For:

We're seeking an ambitious person interesting is protecting family legacies by offering a full suite of Allstate products, including Auto, Home and additional personal lines, while building long-term client relationships. Success in this role comes from strong follow-up, consistent activity, pipeline creation, and executionnot from waiting for the phone to ring. Our sales approach is consultative and protection focused. We sell on proper coverage and long-term valuenot price shopping or shortcuts. Insurance products are teachable. Work ethic, discipline, and resilience are not. Leads are provided!

Top producers have earned $180,000+ annually.

• On Target Base Salary: $87,500$107,500 per year

Responsibilities:

• Quote, sell, and bind all Allstate products
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-up
• Ask for referrals even when a sale is not made
• Bundle additional products by setting expectations early in the conversation
• Educate clients on coverage options and protection gaps
• Use professional sales techniques including tone control, mirroring, tie-downs, and storytelling
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and activity tracking
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly activity and performance expectations
