Position Details Compensation: Orientation: $170/hr On Call (Daily): $2,700/day Call Back: $325/hr Specialty: Otolaryngology / ENT Practice Setting: Level II Trauma Center Coverage Type: Weekend call coverage Coverage Dates: December :00 AM December :00 AM FTE: 0.33 Reason for Coverage: Physician shortage and ongoing recruitment support Clinical Responsibilities ENT call coverage Respond to trauma and emergency department consult requests Management of general ENT procedures and emergencies Required Procedures Adenoidectomy Audiograms Lump/tumor removal Tonsillectomy Patient Volume Average daily patient volume: 2 4 patients Practice Environment Level II Trauma Center EMR: Epic Support staff includes: Anesthesia team CRNAs Surgical department staff Requirements Board Certified in Otolaryngology Required Active Nebraska license or ability to obtain within a few months Required IMLC accepted DEA required Clean malpractice history highly preferred Availability required at time of name clear NPDB Self-Query report required within 30 days of presentation Additional Information Estimated credentialing timeframe: days depending on candidate Orientation schedule provided based on Epic experience and finalized travel plans
