Job Description As a Security Officer Access Management in Aurora, CO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Access Control Officer, you will help maintain a secure logistics location by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, managing visitor access, and responding to security-related concerns. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and support a professional environment. Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $22.00 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeMon10:00 PM - 06:00 AMTue10:00 PM - 06:00 AMFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. Minimum Requirements Alarm panel experience is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. This is primarily a driving post. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
