The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining various sites in a state of operating excellence so that they meet the performance needs of the organization, supervises crews and jobs; schedule staff; communicates with Maintenance Foreman. Don't miss this opportunity and join Premium Facility Services today!As a Maintenance Technician, you will have the responsibility of:Working on repairs, renovations and upgrades to parking lots and buildings as directedCommunicating with subcontractors and vendors to coordinate orders, deliveries, parts, and work.Performing routine maintenance around facilities such as repairing structural damage, painting, wall repair and lightingMaintaining equipment in good working orderRepairing and identifying potential safety hazards, using PPE when neededCommunicating and working in a timely manner, keeping all informed of progress of assignments as necessaryFor our Maintenance Technicians, we look for:General knowledge of basic maintenance proceduresBasic knowledge of electrical and painting procedures as well as concrete repairsFlexible availabilitySelf-motivated, responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented individualsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to 8 hours at a time, and work outdoorsJoin our team and apply today!
