CDL A Company Truck Driver Paid Training

$1,600 - $1,800 per week

365 Freight USA

Job Description

Just earned your CDL-A and looking for a company that will help you gain the experience you need? 365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates in Ankeny, Iowa, for a paid mentor program.

You will spend 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, learning the responsibilities of the job beyond CDL school. After successfully completing training, you will transition to your own truck and can earn $1,600–$1,800 per week.

What We Offer

Paid 4–6 week mentor training
Earning potential of $1,600–$1,800 per week after training
Weekly direct deposit
Full benefits after training
Practical over-the-road experience with an experienced mentor
A structured path from recent graduate to solo driver

What You’ll Do During Training

During training, you will ride with an experienced driver who will help you develop the skills and confidence needed to operate independently. You will learn:

Safe driving practices and trip planning
Pickup and delivery procedures
Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Communication with dispatch
The day-to-day responsibilities of an over-the-road driver

After successfully completing the mentor program, you will transition to your own truck and begin driving solo on the open road.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for drivers who are motivated to learn, work hard, and build a successful career.

Valid Class A CDL
Graduation from an accredited CDL school
Clean motor vehicle record
Ability to meet Department of Transportation qualification requirements
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Safety-focused and dependable

No previous driving experience is required.

Why New Drivers Choose 365 Freight USA

Starting your first trucking job can feel overwhelming. That is why we do not expect you to manage everything on your own. Our mentor program is designed to help you gain real-world experience, ask questions, and build confidence before operating as a solo driver.

We believe every new driver deserves the support and training needed to begin a successful driving career from Ankeny, Iowa.
