Position Synopsis

We are on the lookout for a compassionate and adept Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join a dynamic imaging group dedicated to delivering outstanding care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of ultrasound exams that include abdominal, obstetric, gynecologic, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures, articulating each step with empathy and clarity
• Work closely with radiologists and referring doctors to generate high-quality diagnostic images
• Operate and maintain imaging devices, promptly reporting any technical issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient records within the electronic medical framework
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Educational Background

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Required Certifications

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent body
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
