Customer Support Representative | $28/hr Remote

Place and receive phone calls on behalf of customers to complete tasks including reservations and vendor confirmations. Engage with businesses and service providers to gather information and fulfill requests professionally. Navigate phone menus and call centers to reach appropriate contacts for each task. Document outcomes and important details for every call interaction with accuracy. Handle a high volume of short, consecutive calls addressing various customer needs. Collaborate with other remote professionals to ensure a consistent customer service experience. Requirements Demonstrated experience in executive assistance, virtual assistance, concierge services, or customer support via phone. Fluent, neutral, and clear spoken English with strong improvisational skills for US-based interactions. Confidence in making outbound calls and navigating automated phone systems. Reliable high-speed internet connection, quiet work environment, and a quality wired or USB headset. Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or travel industries; negotiation or escalation experience is a plus.
