Overview

We are seeking a Project Superintendent to lead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and safety compliance. This role involves overseeing daily operations on-site, managing subcontractors, and coordinating project activities to meet project specifications.

Duties

*Lead and supervise all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.

*Coordinate construction activities with subcontractors and City inspections.

*Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and compliance with blueprints, schematics, and safety standards including OSHA regulations.

*Ensure quality control by inspecting materials, workmanship, and adherence to specifications throughout the construction process.

*Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising projects from inception through completion.

*Extensive knowledge of construction site operations including safety regulations (OSHA), blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating.
