Full Time MillwrightMercer Landmark is in search of a Full Time Millwright for our facility in Rockford, Ohio, offering very competitive wages. This individual would be part of a team doing work for all Mercer Landmark facilities.Millwright Job DutiesPerform all preventative work orders as assignedComplete unscheduled maintenance and projects as assigned.Perform basic electrical trouble shootingPerform basic mechanical trouble shootingLight to moderate fabrication as needed.Conduct all work activities in compliance with the company safety and environmental standards and programs.Millwright QualificationsPrior Industrial Maintenance/Millwright experience required (five years' experience preferred)High school diploma or equivalent required (secondary education preferred)Thorough knowledge of the proper techniques to maintain industrial equipmentProficient with critical thinking, logical problem-solving skills and root cause analysis.Experienced and knowledgeable with mechanical equipment trouble shooting and repairStrong coaching and communication skills, the ability to manage time and workloads effectivelyAbility to work in a team environmentStrong attention to detailBenefit PackageSalary depends on experience.Health Insurance, Vision/Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, Pension Plan, 401K, Clothing Allowance, Paid Time Off, Holidays, Bonus Program and More!
