Staff Data Scientist - GTM

Salary: $180,000 - 260,000 per year Requirements:

• We look for 10+ years of experience in data science or analytics.
• We value strong executive presence and proven stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build trust and shape a roadmap with senior and executive partners.
• We strongly prefer significant go-to-market experience, though candidates eager to deepen their GTM expertise are also encouraged to apply.
• We want proven success working cross-functionally with Commercial, Payer, Finance, Product, and Operations teams.
• We expect deep expertise in forecasting and causal inference, including awareness of common pitfalls and how to design around them.
• We require expert-level SQL and strong Python or R skills, including the ability to build dependable, reusable analytical workflows; experience with data modeling, ideally in dbt, is a plus.
• We value experience using and advocating for AI-assisted tools to speed up and automate data workflows.
• We look for a track record of shaping executive decisions through clear recommendations and measurable results.

• We own the commercial data science roadmap end to end and build it directly with our Chief Commercial Officer, aligned to the priorities of our Payer pillar.
• We lead proactive strategic analyses for our Chief Commercial Officer and our most important accounts, where we spend most of our time.
• We act as a watchtower for key metrics across all commercial agreements, identifying risks and opportunities before they escalate.
• We enable self-service analytics for our commercial team by creating definitions, dashboards, and durable assets that help partners answer questions confidently.
• We serve as the technical lead for other data scientists working on commercial work, providing rigorous review, mentorship, and guidance.
• We translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders.
