Job Description
Join our team in supplying high-quality warehouse parts to distribution centers. As a Welder, you will be responsible for conducting repair welds on parts that robotic welders miss. Your ability to maintain production numbers while ensuring the delivery of quality parts is crucial.
Responsibilities

• Perform repair welds on parts missed by robotic welders.
• Maintain production numbers while ensuring quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand specifications.
• Operate MIG welding equipment efficiently and safely.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in MIG welding and ability to pass a weld test.
• Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Ability to maintain high production rates with quality output.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in machine loading is a plus.
• Strong attendance record and punctuality.

Work Environment
Work in a structured environment with multiple shift options: 1st shift (Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:30pm), 2nd shift (Monday-Thursday, 5pm-3:30am), and Weekend Day shift (Friday-Sunday, 6am-6pm).
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Shelbyville, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $27.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
