Job Description/Responsibilities

The On-Premise/Off-Premise Market Development Representative is based in the field and owns a territorytodirectly shape howouriconic brands show up on shelves and in shoppers this high-impact roleyou are in control:youll partner with grocery convenience and liquor retailers to grow distribution increase visibility and drive real resultsbybuilding relationships executing smart sales strategies and making data-driven decisions that move the business a hands-on opportunity with clear paths into account management key accounts and sales leadership.

What Youll Do:

• Driveterritory salesgrowthby increasing distribution shelf presence and promotional execution across assigned accounts
• Buildandmaintainstrong relationships with retail partners and act as a trusted advisor on category insights and product assortment
• Partner with distributors to execute in-store selling strategies merchandising plans and promotions
• Analyze sales data and market trends toidentifyopportunities and adjust account plans to deliver results
• Own performance against key metrics including volume distribution and display execution

Qualifications/Requirements

Required:

• Bachelors degree
• 1 years of field sales experienceOR if recent graduaterelevantsales or marketing internship orsimilar salesexperience
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel within assigned territory

Preferred:

• Previousalcohol-beverage or CPG sales experience
• Experience usingsales data analyticsor reportingtools
• Proventrack recordof achieving sales targets or KPIs

Physical Requirements:

• Ability tolift upto 25 pounds
