Adjunct Faculty Teaching - Medical Admin Assistant Instructor

POSITION OVERVIEW:

ProTrain is currently recruiting for an experienced in-classroom instructor with experience teaching a Medical Administrative Assistant course. Candidates must have experience teaching in a classroom or/and in a synchronous environment, as well as have a minimum of 2 years as a Medical Administrative Assistant or related discipline. This is a part time; contracted teaching position to begin immediately. Future classes will be available to the right candidate. Course Location: Warren, PA Course Day/Time: Tuesday and Thursday's in the evening hours (6-9 pm EST) WHAT YOU WILL DO: In-classroom instruction Topics covered:

Medical Terminology Introduction to Medical Assisting Administrative Medical Assisting Health Information in the Medical Office Billing and Coding Procedures Financial and Practice Management Assisting with Medical Specialties Career Development

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 2-5 years teaching experience

Teaching certification preferred
