Full-Time Barista

Overview Hyatt Regency Columbus is seeking a Full-Time Barista to join our team. Located within walking distance of Nationwide Arena and the Arena District, the hotel offers 633 renovated guest rooms, 70,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, and connections to the Greater Columbus Convention Center and Short North Arts District. What the ROLE Entails Assist guests with food and coffee/beverage orders. Work in a fast-paced environment with constant customer interaction and cash handling. Maintain a well-organized station and restock supplies as needed. Cover both AM and PM shifts based on hotel occupancy. AM shifts typically 5:30/6:00 AM to 2:00–2:30 PM; PM shifts 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Demonstrate Hyatt values: empathy, integrity, respect, inclusion, experimentation, and wellbeing. Willingness to perform food and beverage tasks; some prior customer service, food & beverage, or barista experience preferred. Ability to multi-task and lift/carry 10–20 lbs. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and potential holidays. Energetic, team-oriented, and committed to high-quality customer service. Aware of proper phone etiquette.
