We are looking for a motivated, upbeat, and hands-on Rehab Specialist to work directly with our lead doctor, assisting in patient treatments and guiding them through rehab exercises, therapies, and functional movements to improve their strength, mobility, and overall well-
being. Our clinic is bustling with energy, and we need someone who can keep up with the pace, engage with patients, and bring positive, contagious enthusiasm every day!

What You’ll Do:

• Assist the doctor throughout the treatment process, ensuring patients receive top-quality care.
• Lead patients through therapeutic and corrective exercises tailored to their recovery needs.
• Guide stretching and mobility exercises to improve movement and function.
• Perform postural and movement analysis to assess patient progress.
• Assist with soft-tissue work to support muscle recovery.
• Set up and manage electrical stimulation, ultrasound, heat/cold applications, intersegmental traction, shockwave, Class IV Laser, and decompression therapy.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, movement mechanics, and wellness.
• Keep the rehab area clean, organized, and running smoothly while creating an upbeat, positive environment.

• Passion for rehab, movement, and helping people heal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple patients at once.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with patients.
• Background in exercise science, athletic training, kinesiology, physical therapy, rehab, or personal training (preferred).
• Aspiring Athletic Trainers, PT’s, PTA’s, OT’s, and Chiropractors
• A team player with a "let’s make it happen" attitude:

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday
• In-person at our Spring, TX 77379 location (must reliably commute or plan to relocate
  before starting)

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Health Science Field or equivalent (Preferred)
• Athletic trainers who have hands-on experience is a plus!
